Discusses how divisiveness is taught in India from early childhood through classification by caste, community, religion, social status, linguistic groups, regions etc. In latter adulthood this divisiveness gets extended to organizations, departments and roles. This divisiveness increases overheads and creates tensions, conflicts and undermines departmental, organizational and team productivity. The author illustrates this drawing from various experiences he had in his work life.
